About The Brothers And The Jerky

Ronnie, Ricky and Jack Mingua started farming over thirty years ago in the beautiful Bluegrass Region of Bourbon County, Kentucky. They helped their father, Silas Mingua, grow tobacco and raise cattle for their livelihood. It was in their nature to share the love of the outdoors. Soon the Mingua Brothers increased their farming adventures to include the raising of corn
and soybeans for commercial sales here in the Bluegrass Region.

 

 

Mingua Brothers BeefJerky is proud of our new Enviro-Pac CHU-2000 cooking equipment. Enviro-Pac cooks meat at the USDA required levels for both moist or dry operation.

This system allows us to create a better product for you to enjoy.

 

 

During one of the long, cold and snowy winters, what the Minguas refer to as their "down time", Ronnie Mingua began experimenting with the making of beef jerky. He shared his tasty treat with local neighbors and soon realized that he had developed something unlike any other beef jerky that anyone had ever tasted. No one was surprised at this delicious treat, because Ronnie is known as the cook in the Mingua family, taking his talent from his Mother, Jane.

It is from this humble beginning that the Mingua Brothers' Beef Jerky got its start. The "boys" today are still doing what they love best, i.e.; raising cattle for resale, producing corn and soybeans in a grain operation, and rapidly producing the Best Beef Jerky anywhere, BAR NONE!
