Do you make your jerky in your plant start to finish?
Yes, we make our jerky in our plant each and every day.  We start by cutting the entire round of beef, slice, marinade, dry, and package the jerky each day.

How long does it take from start to finish to make your jerky?
From the time we place the beef in the dryer it takes about three hours.

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes we do.  Contact our office at (859) 987-9719 for more info.

Where does your beef come from?
We have several companies that supply our beef.  The companies are located in the US. We only use American beef.

Are you really USDA inspected each day?
Yes we sure are.  The USDA inspectors come in at least twice a day.

What happened to the Grippo flavor?
This is one of the questions we get asked the most.  Grippo could no longer sell us their spice so we had to discontinue their flavor.  However, we came up with our very own sweet and hot spice.  Make sure you check it out.
